EakLab Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
At EakLab, we believe that clear communication and well-defined expectations are important to every business relationship. Our services are designed around the specific requirements, objectives, scope, technology environment, and growth needs of each client. Because EakLab provides professional services across Growth, Engineering, Data, AI, technology integration, and business transformation, the terms applicable to a particular engagement may vary depending on the nature of the work.

This Refund Policy explains the general principles that apply to payments, refunds, cancellations, and service-related adjustments. The final commercial terms applicable to a client will always be determined by the relevant proposal, statement of work, order, agreement, invoice, or other written terms accepted by both EakLab and the client.
1. About This Refund Policy
EakLab provides professional digital, technology, data, engineering, marketing, and AI services rather than standard physical products. These services may involve strategy, planning, research, creative work, development, engineering resources, infrastructure, implementation, integrations, analytics, marketing execution, or ongoing support.
Because work may begin after an engagement is confirmed, certain costs and resources may already be committed before a client requests cancellation or a refund.
Our engagement models may include project-based engagements, dedicated teams, retainers, consulting, and managed services, depending on the client’s requirements.
For this reason, refund eligibility cannot always be determined by a single standard rule for every service. The applicable refund terms will depend on the engagement and the agreed commercial terms.
2. Services Covered Under This Policy
This Refund Policy may apply to services offered by EakLab across its broader business transformation ecosystem, including:
- Performance Marketing
- Organic Marketing
- SEO, AEO and GEO

EakLab’s service ecosystem combines Growth, Engineering, Data, and AI to help businesses acquire customers, build digital capabilities, use data more effectively, adopt AI, and support broader transformation.
3. Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements, the scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, implementation requirements, and project-specific KPIs are generally defined before work begins.
Once a project has been approved and work has started, EakLab may allocate personnel, development resources, technology resources, infrastructure, third-party services, or other business resources to the engagement.
As a result, payments for work that has already been performed, delivered, implemented, or committed may not be refundable.
Where a refund is applicable, the amount may depend on:
- Work completed before cancellation.
- Deliverables already provided.
- Development or implementation work already performed.
- Third-party costs already incurred.
- Resources already allocated to the project.
- Any non-refundable expenses associated with the engagement.
- The specific terms agreed in the project proposal or contract.
Any project-specific refund arrangement will be determined according to the applicable written agreement.
4. Consulting Services
EakLab may provide consulting services covering areas such as digital transformation, growth strategy, technology strategy, product strategy, data strategy, AI strategy, technology modernization, systems integration, and digital experience strategy.
Consulting work can involve research, discovery, analysis, strategic recommendations, workshops, documentation, roadmap development, and other professional activities.
Once consulting work has been performed or the agreed deliverables have been provided, fees relating to completed work may not be eligible for a refund.
If a consultation or consulting engagement is cancelled before work begins, any applicable refund will be determined according to the terms agreed at the time of engagement.
5. Retainer Services
Retainer engagements are generally intended for businesses that require ongoing support rather than a one-time project. Such services may include marketing execution, SEO, AEO, GEO, website support, application enhancement, ecommerce support, analytics, reporting, data operations, AI optimization, or other ongoing activities.
Because retainer services involve ongoing allocation of resources and planned work, cancellation and refund terms will depend on the applicable retainer agreement.
Fees relating to services already performed, resources already allocated, or costs already incurred may not be refundable.
Any notice period, renewal provision, cancellation condition, or refund arrangement specified in the applicable agreement will take precedence over this general policy.
6. Dedicated Team Services
EakLab may provide dedicated technology, engineering, data, product, DevOps, or AI professionals as an extension of a client’s internal team.
Depending on the requirement, dedicated resources may include frontend developers, backend developers, full-stack developers, mobile developers, data engineers, data analysts, AI engineers, DevOps engineers, software engineers, and product engineers.
Because dedicated-team engagements involve reserving professional capacity for a client, refund and cancellation terms will depend on the applicable agreement.
Where resources have already been allocated or services have already been delivered, those amounts may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Managed Services
Managed services may involve the ongoing management of specific business, technology, data, engineering, marketing, DevOps, ecommerce, or AI capabilities.
The precise scope and commercial terms depend on the client’s requirements and the services formally agreed with EakLab.
Any refund or cancellation request relating to managed services will therefore be reviewed against the applicable service agreement, including its billing cycle, notice requirements, committed resources, completed work, and other agreed terms.
8. Third-Party Costs
Some projects may require third-party platforms, software, infrastructure, advertising platforms, hosting, APIs, cloud services, licenses, subscriptions, payment services, or other external resources.
Where EakLab has incurred a third-party expense on behalf of or specifically for a client, that expense may not be refundable if the third-party provider does not provide a refund or if the cost has already been committed.
Where applicable, third-party costs and their refundability will be communicated through the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement.
9. Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel a service or project, please contact EakLab as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our website or in your agreement.
Cancellation requests should include:
- Client or company name
- Project or service name
- Relevant invoice or agreement reference
- Reason for cancellation, where applicable
- Date of the cancellation request
- Any supporting information
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
EakLab will review the request based on the applicable agreement, the stage of service delivery, work completed, resources committed, and any costs already incurred.
10. Refund Review Process
When a refund request is received, EakLab may review:
- The applicable proposal or agreement.
- The service was purchased.
- The payment was received.
- The work is already completed.
- Deliverables already provided.
- Project milestones reached.
- Resources or team members allocated.
- Third-party costs incurred.
- Applicable cancellation terms.
- Any other relevant commercial conditions.
Following the review, EakLab will communicate the outcome to the client.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to the payment provider’s processing requirements.
11. Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply
A refund may not be available where:
- The agreed service has already been substantially delivered.
- Work has already been completed and delivered.
- A project milestone has been completed.
- Dedicated resources have already been allocated.
- Third-party or infrastructure costs have already been incurred.
- The client has approved or accepted the relevant deliverables.
- The applicable agreement specifically states that the payment is non-refundable.
- The request relates to dissatisfaction with an outcome that was dependent on factors outside EakLab’s reasonable control, where the agreement does not provide otherwise.
- The client has failed to provide required information, approvals, access, content, credentials, feedback, or other dependencies necessary for delivery.
The exact treatment of each situation will depend on the relevant contractual and commercial terms.
12. Service Delays and Client Dependencies
EakLab’s work may sometimes depend on information, approvals, access, content, technical credentials, third-party systems, internal teams, or other client-side requirements.
If a project is delayed because required information, approvals, access, assets, or decisions are not provided on time, such delays will be considered in accordance with the applicable project agreement.
A delay caused by a client dependency does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
13. Changes to Scope
EakLab’s projects are generally structured around an agreed scope and defined requirements. If a client requests additional features, new functionality, new integrations, additional campaigns, changes in requirements, or other work outside the agreed scope, the additional work may require separate approval and fees.
A change in project scope does not automatically qualify the client for a refund of amounts already paid for the original scope.
Any scope changes should be discussed and approved through the applicable commercial process.
14. No Guaranteed Business Results
EakLab’s services are designed to support measurable business outcomes, including growth, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, better decision-making, digital innovation, customer experience, and scalability. However, individual business outcomes can depend on many factors beyond the direct control of a service provider.
Accordingly, unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, payment for professional services does not create a guarantee of a specific revenue figure, traffic level, advertising return, lead volume, ranking position, conversion rate, cost reduction, or other business result.
Any performance commitments or service-level commitments should be interpreted according to the specific agreement between EakLab and the client.
15. Policy Updates
EakLab may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices, commercial processes, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Any engagement already governed by a signed agreement will continue to be subject to the applicable contractual terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Contact EakLab
If you have questions about payments, refunds, cancellations, or the terms applicable to a specific service, we encourage you to contact EakLab before making a purchase or entering into an engagement.
Our goal is to maintain a transparent and professional relationship with every client and to ensure that expectations, deliverables, responsibilities, and commercial terms are clearly understood.
